VAMPIR Gehenna Guide: Zones, Bosses and Point Shop

Gehenna opens at level 52 and pays more EXP and gold than a field of the same level, with one catch: it is open PvP with no PK penalty, shared with one other server. It is also where each class's strongest skill drops. This guide covers how to get in, how the points work, the bosses worth timing your day around and the order to spend points in.

Getting in: three zones

Getting in: three zones

Zone 1 opens at level 52 and costs gold to enter, with the first entry each day free. Zone 2 opens at 64 and zone 3 at 84, and both need a ticket: 300 Diamonds or 2,500 Gehenna Points. Because killing players carries no PK penalty here, the zone a little below your power is often the better place to farm. You earn less per kill but spend less time dead.

Teleport out when PvP gets heavy. Every death costs EXP, and the free daily recoveries run out fast if a group decides to camp your spot. Leaving for an hour and coming back costs less than losing a night's EXP and your points with it.

Before you go in: PvP settings and a preset

Before you go in: PvP settings and a preset

Gehenna is the first place many players meet organised PvP, so set up for it before the first entry. Auto-combat has its own PvP modes (hostile and killing intent) and a manner-hunting toggle; pick whether your character fights back or keeps hunting, and turn on the scan alerts so you see a group arriving. Combat presets help here more than anywhere: a Gehenna preset with your PvP weapon and PvP Sefira lines swaps in with one tap at the gate.

Hunting in Gehenna also feeds the PvP flask of Magic Research, which opens at the same level 52. Its orbs drop here and in the point shop, so a player who farms Gehenna anyway should fill that flask next rather than leave the orbs in the bag.

Gehenna Points: earned, capped and lost

Gehenna Points: earned, capped and lost

Gehenna Points come from monsters, bosses and killing players. You can earn 400,000 a week and hold up to 1,000,000. Dying to a player costs points too (the loss is capped by your rank), and killing the same player again and again pays 10% less for each repeat, so camping one target stops paying quickly.

Spend points as they come in rather than banking them. Points held are points a killer can take, and the weekly earn cap means a full stock does nothing extra for you.

Bosses and the gold-framed skills

Bosses and the gold-framed skills

Gehenna bosses run on a daily schedule: 1-star bosses three times a day in every zone, 2-star bosses twice a day from zone 1 up, and two 3-star bosses once a week. Enoch, the Forgotten Lord, holds zone 2 and Mashumid zone 3. The clan that lands the final blow takes the clan reward, which makes boss time the busiest PvP of the day.

Enoch is the reason most players come. It drops each class's gold-framed Heroic skill, the top active in every kit: Moment of Destruction for Akasha, Blood Moon's Protection for Bloodstained, Shadow of the Night for Grim Reaper, Whirlpool for Viper and Dismembering Shot for Carnage. It also drops the Blacksmith's Soul passive and Heroic Insignias. Enoch's skill is each class's biggest power spike, so a player who can't win the boss fight should still be in the zone for it with a clan that can. Mashumid drops passive books instead.

The Gehenna Point shop, in order

Buy the Testament of Night grave good first: 60,000 points the first time, then 125,000 a week. It is the grave good built on crit damage, and its souls (crimson, vermilion, yellow, green) feed the crit Resonance. After that, buy Gehenna orbs for the PvP Magic Research flask or the Bloodshape and Mount 11-pull tickets (50,000 each a week).

The rest fills gaps. The Trinity bag (12,500, up to 20 a week) is a cheap Trinity top-up; the EXP recovery ticket (9,500, five a month) saves Diamonds after a bad night; the Avenger portrait (750, level 84) is a no-fail stat source once you are there. Zone tickets at 2,500 points are cheaper than the 300 Diamonds they replace.

Gehenna with a clan, and what deaths cost

Gehenna is shared with one other server and carries no PK penalty, so a lone player is the easiest target in it. An active clan changes that: clanmates in the same zone turn a camp into a fair fight, and the clan reward for a boss's final blow only ever goes to a clan. Join one before your first entry at 52 rather than after a bad night inside.

The busiest hour is 21:00 server time, when the 1-star and 2-star bosses spawn together, and Saturday 22:00 when Enoch and Mashumid appear. Arrive with your clan before those times rather than during them, since the groups that hold the boss spot early decide who gets near it.

Deaths add up fast in a busy zone. You get five free EXP recoveries a day (ten with Olga's Grace), each usable within 24 hours of the death, and every recovery after that costs Diamonds. That is the real price of staying in a fight you are losing, and the reason to leave early rather than late.

What is changing

The update announced for December adds a fourth Gehenna zone and turns zones 1 and 2 into per-server zones with no cross-server matching. That will change who you meet at boss time: today a strong clan from the paired server can take Enoch's final blow from yours, and after the change only your own server competes for zones 1 and 2. Check this guide again when the December update lands; the boss times and shop prices above may move with it.
